What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept cash, money orders, certified checks, personal checks, and all major credit cards.

Are there any items you will not move for me?
Yes. Due to laws that govern our industry, there are certain items we are prohibited from transporting, such as flammable and explosive materials, live animals, and others. We will provide a complete list of these items.

What if the weather is bad on my moving day? Can I reschedule?
Weather delays are not allowed, except in extreme cases where weather conditions present a risk to personal safety. Our movers are experienced in working in a variety of adverse weather conditions and are fully equipped to protect your belongings from weather damage while in transit to or from our trucks.

How much advance notice do you need in order to schedule my move?
The more notice you can provide us the more likely we will be able to accommodate you. This is especially true during the busy summer months. We generally ask that you try to schedule your move 2 weeks in advance to ensure our availability.
